My best safety tip would be to never give out personal information about yourself or others. (addresses, numbers, last names, were you are, etc.) That way, you can waddle on and be safe too!

1.Go to EPF HQ  and accept your mission.

2. Go to the box dimension near the end. 

3. Play destroy the circuits. 

4. Read the message you found from Herbert:“Mwa ha ha! Well done, Elitist Pompous Frauds! You managed to find and disarm Klutzy’s alarm clock! Such heroes! Now if you’d be so kind to give me the circuits I need for Protobot, we can end this foolishness. I await your surrender.”
